Crossed Keys Inn

Built in 1790, Crossed Keys Inn features beautiful antique furnishings, Oriental rugs, and 18th century style décor. We have five romantic fireplaces, two of which are in guest bedrooms. The living room, the library/den, the sun porch, and the deck overlooking the property are excellent spots for reading, and guests can relax in our garden or under the shade of our many trees.

An Exquisite Wedding Venue

Crossed Keys Inn has all the elements of an exquisite wedding venue: a charming Juliette balcony for tossing your bouquet; an elegant bride's room to get ready for your big day; a tree-lined drive for your arrival to the ceremony; lush meadows as the backdrop for your photos; a gorgeous reception tent; and a country-style B&B breakfast of homemade breads, pastries, gourmet entrees, fresh local fruits and dairy products for guests who stay the night.

The Playhouse

After your reception, spend time with your wedding party and closest friends in our charming playhouse. Full of history - Groucho Marx, Mae West and Charlie Chaplin kicked back in the playhouse during Summer Theatre - and boasting a pool table, shuffleboard, a player piano, and comfortable couches, the playhouse is the perfect place to visit with guests as your wedding day winds down.

The Honeymoon Suite

Our honeymoon suite is a secluded stone cottage, located 500 feet from the main house, with a romantic jacuzzi for two. Decorated entirely in English country style, the honeymoon suite reflects the quintessential country elegance and modern romance of Crossed Keys Inn.
